Our web services are backed by a 30-day guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with our services after 30 days you can request a full refund.

After that you must give us a 30-day notice for cancellation of services so we can have adequate time to provide you with proper backups of your site.

While most of our web services clients are based in central Colorado and western South Dakota we do have a handful of clients from other parts of the country.

Likewise our digital media clients do come from all over the country.  If you’re able to ship us your old media we’ll be able to digitize and return it to you without fail.

Start by contacting us with a request to digitize your old media.  We’ll work with you on the type of package you’d like to purchase and give you the address to ship your media to.

Once we receive your media we will then make sure the format is still readable to digitize and only invoice you once the product is complete.

Once your invoice is paid we will return your original media along with your digital content to you to enjoy for decades to come.
