General Pricing Structure for Repairs:
We charge $45/hr for labor plus costs of parts on the first PC and $30/hr plus the cost of parts for each additional PC you bring in to be worked on at the same time.
General Pricing Structure for Reimages (reinstalling Windows):
We charge $45/hr for labor plus the cost of software if you do not own your own copy of Windows or wish additional software to be installed after-the-fact that you do not currently own.
General Pricing Structure for Data Backup:
We offer the option to backup your data if you do not already have a copy available. A general backup that fits on one (1) DVD, which is approx 4GB in size, will cost $15. Each additional disc beyond that is $10.
We do offer a discount if you couple the "Data Backup" plan with having your PC reimaged as well: $10 for the first DVD and $5 for each additional disc.

General Pricing Structure for Computer Design:
We charge $45/hr in labor plus the cost of parts to put together the PC that will make all your friends envious. Rush orders are available, prices may vary.
We also offer a discount for multiple-PC orders. If you order 2-5 PCs at one time you will receive a 15% discount on the total order. Any orders larger than five (5) PCs will receive an automatic 25% discount.

General Pricing Structure for Web Design:
We charge a flat fee of $150 for initial website setup and domain registration (1yr). Included in this is one branded-logo (company logo) if your company or event does not have one already.
Additional Pricing Options:
Site Photography: If you need photos created for your site we will be happy to accommodate this for $40/hr for offsite photography and $25/hr for onsite photography. Minimum or 2hrs for all photography.
Monthly Maintenance: If your site requires monthly maintenance/updating beyond the initial setup we charge $50/month for the first 10hrs of logged time and $15/hr for anything beyond the 10hrs. A full report will be sent to you each month detailing time/activities logged.
Multimedia Creation: Do you need something a bit more creative than just a photo gallery? We'll be glad to create a well-designed multimedia experience for your customers. We charge $150 for the creation of a video that is 5min or less, $250 for a movie that is 5-10min in length, and $400 for anything longer than 10min but not more than 1hr. Anything beyond 1hr will need to use our Video Editing pricing structure. These base prices are at a reduced cost compared to our standard "video editing" package as you receive a discount for also having us design your website as well.

General Pricing Structure for Photography Sessions:
A flat rate of $50/hr with a minimum of 2hrs for the photo session. If we have to travel farther than 100mi (one-way) from Rapid City, SD we will add on an additional $25/hr for every 100mi beyond that.
Included in the photo session is a complimentary CD/DVD copy of the branded pictures taken (your choice) and the option to purchase unbranded prints, mugs, calendars, etc for only the ones you like.
Optional addition of on-site Videography:
Sometimes you need to capture a moment with more than just pictures. We do also offer an additional component of videotaping your event with an additional $15/hr if you merely need a stationary camera point or an additional $40/hr if you need our cameraman to be in constant movement. Our video is captured in stunning HD quality (1920x1080). You will receive a complimentary copy of the content on DVD in its raw format. If you wish to order an edited (montage) version of your event we will honor a 15% discount on our video editing prices shown below.

General Pricing Structure for Graphical Editing:
A flat rate of $15/photo with a minimum of three (3) business days to complete your order. If you need your item rushed we add an additional $10/photo to complete it within one (1) business day and $15/photo to complete it within one (1) business hour.
Our Bulk Rate Packages:
For 1-5 photos: A flat rate of $25/hr with a minimum of 1hr of service.
For 6-10 photos: A flat rate of $45/hr with a minimum of 2hr of service.
For 11+ photos: A flat rate of $75/hr with a minimum of 3hr of service.
All bulk rate orders will be completed within one (1) business week. Please contact us if you need a rush placed on your order and we can work out something to fit your needs and budget.
General Pricing Structure for Video Editing:
Similar to our "multimedia package" for web design, but without the discount, we charge $200 for the creation of a video that is 5min or less, $300 for a movie that is 5-10min in length, and $450 for anything longer than 10min but not more than 1hr. Anything beyond 1hr will be charged a minimum of $1000 deposit and a $150/hr rate after the first five (5) hours of logged time worked (a full accounting report will be given to you with your finished video).
Media Creation for Your Video:
You will receive one complimentary copy of your video (including case/label) but we do offer bulk-rate prices if you need additional copies made.
For 1-5 DVDs: A flat rate of $15/disc.
For 6-10 DVDs: A flat rate of $10/disc.
For 11+ DVDs: A flat rate of $5/disc.
